Our goal is to inform and inspire people from all ages, stages, and walks of life in a joyful manner. All programs are tailored for their designated demographics and contain accessible information while offering support, cultivating body and sex positivity, and fostering open dialogue.​

Why Is Sexual Education Important?

• Gives us the opportunity to better understand ourselves and the stages we are going through whether it is prepubescence, puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, post-partum, menopause, perimenopause, or postmenopause

• Knowledge builds confidence and allows individuals to make better choices which result in more positive experiences

• Teaches us about building relationships that respect ourselves

• Aids in developing critical thinking and good judgement

• Allows us to understand consent

• Clearly illustrating appropriate and inappropriate ways of being touched at a young age helps keep children and teenagers safe

• Utilizing proper terminology in regards to sex, sexuality, and gender can help build inclusivity within our community at schools, in workplaces, and even in retirement homes
